Actually, mental health refers to the complete absence of mental illnesses. It plays a vital role in our daily life. If a person lacks good mental health, he/she faces a lot of problems in conducting his/her daily life matters. Our emotional self and social well-being come under the banner of mental health. World Health Organization (WHO), which is considered the most important health institution in the history of mankind, defines mental health is “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community”.
Thus, considering the above definition we can say that mental health is ‘a state of well-being’ that an individual needs to attain. After attaining that state of well-being, an individual becomes able to realize his/her abilities. Everyone is awarded abilities. The most important thing is to recognize the essence of those abilities that are part of human beings. If a person identifies his/her abilities and starts performing them accordingly, he/she would find themselves on the verge of great success. Further, the definition includes the significance of mental health on various stresses that every person in human society faces. Having good mental health, a person can easily defeat appalling stress issues that we encounter in our daily life. Additionally, he secures such a position where he can dispatch everything in a way that produces fruitful outcomes. Last but not least, he can contribute to the whole community of living beings.

Here are a few common symptoms that are part of a person experiencing mental problems. If a person deviates from a normal schedule of sleep, i.e he sleeps for a long time or he faces issues while sleeping can be a symptom of mental illness. Lacking social meeting is another possible symptom of mental health. Sometimes an individual encounters such issues where he cannot utilize his energy or more specifically he has no energy to indulge himself in some fruitful discussion. And most interestingly, some individuals feel hopeless when they do not find any possible way to get their job done. Another awful occasion is when a person screams and utilizes inappropriate language in front of his friends and family members. A possible symptom would be if an individual experiences good position in making new relationships and so on.
