Thus, considering the above definition we can say that mental health is ‘a state of well-being’ that an individual needs to attain. After attaining that state of well-being, an individual becomes able to realize his/her abilities. Everyone is awarded abilities. The most important thing is to recognize the essence of those abilities that are part of human beings. If a person identifies his/her abilities and starts performing them accordingly, he/she would find themselves on the verge of great success. Having good mental health, a person can easily defeat appalling stress issues that we encounter in our daily life.
