6. If you feel comfortable sitting cross-legged, gently pull your head up and bring length to your spine. This will support the natural structure of your spine. 7. Now begin to inhale slowly through your nose and also exhale back through nose. The breath must originate from belly. The inward and outward movements of belly in necessary in this process. By doing this, focus on your breath, focus on the air coming inside you, and focus on the movement of belly, the disturbance in the lungs.
8. As you focus on your breath, you will start thinking about different thoughts inside your brain. You don’t have to stop these thoughts, allow them to flow fluently. These thoughts will distract your focus from your breath, which is beneficial. The most important step is to make yourself completely relaxed and calm.
